Setting Up a User ID and Password
PLEASE NOTE: This only needs to be done once. Make sure to record your user ID and password when you
set it up so you can easily register for programs in the future!
- Visit this Online Program Registration link.
- Click on "Please Log On" at
the top, then "Sign Up". Carefully read the important tips given, then click on
the "next" button.
- Enter all of the required personal information. Please check to make sure
spelling is accurate, then click on "next".
- Choose a username and password and enter them in the appropriate fields.
Click on "Continue".
- The next page displays your information as it appears in our membership
database, including family members. Please verify info and click where it
says, "Click Here to Continue" to begin the process.
Register Online - Step by Step Instructions
- Visit this Online Program Registration link.
- From here you may simply
view programs, or click on "Please Log On" to enter your username and
password and register (see above for user name and password setup
instruction).
- To find the class you are looking for, you can search by category, keyword, or
program number.
• To search by category, pull down drop-down boxes and make your selection,
then click on "Go".
• To search by keyword or program number (from the brochure), click on
"Search by Keyword". Enter keyword or program number into the box and click
on "Search". Any matching classes will be pulled up.
- Once you find your desired class, click on the description to make sure it's the
class you want. If you want to register, click on the icon to the right of the
description. Then select the family member you are registering for this
particular class.
- Once in "Shopping Cart", click on "Continue Shopping" to add more classes,
or you can check out to finish the registration process.
- Enter your payment information (have your Visa/Mastercard or Discover Card information ready).
- A receipt page will show you exactly what you are registering for and how
much you are being charged. if you agree, click on "Commit" JUST ONCE in
order for registration to be processed. Print your receipt...and you are done!
You should also receive a receipt/confirmation by email.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can my family register for classes under one ID?
If your family has one facility or program membership, one parent can log in and it will access all of
the family's records, and you can register all children and/or adults at once, with one credit card
payment. If your children have individual youth facility or program memberships, you do need to
register them individually under separate users IDs and passwords.
How do I know if a class if full?
The registration software will show how many openings are still available in a class. If a class is
full, you can still choose to be added to the wait list and you will be notified if an opening becomes
available.
Can I renew or start a new membership online?
Sorry, no - the system is not set up to handle membership processing. You need to renew or start new
memberships through the front desk or the membership office.
What if I have a paper "credit voucher" or credit in the system?
You will need to bring your registration and credit voucher into the Y to be processed (staff will be
available to do this as you wait). The online system is only able to handle direct payments in full
for classes.
Refund Policy
Program refunds or credits are only available for documented medical reasons and are prorated from the
period that the corresponding program director is notified in writing. Should you choose to withdraw
from a program for other reasons, you must notify the corresponding program director two weeks before
the start of the program session in writing to qualify for a credit or refund. All credits and refunds
carry a 25% service charge. Please be aware that specific Family Y programs such as childcare and summer
camps may have alternate refund / credit policies. Please consult the registration applications for
each to determine the details.
