If you are looking to get in shape or lose weight this summer, our LOSE-2-WIN SUMMER SIX CHALLENGE is for you.  This six week program includes a class on the first week led by one of our Certified Personal Trainers to help you meet your strength challenge, and a cooking class with the chef at Oak + Almond Restaurant.  There will be weekly Weigh-In Sessions to keep you on track and six weeks of complete challenges that can be accomplished at the Y or outdoors.
