Makeup & Refund Policy

Gymnastic program participants register for classes on specific dates and times. Unless the YMCA cancels a class, and provides a makeup, attendance in scheduled classes is the responsibility of the participant. We cannot provide makeup classes or allow the participant to attend a different class. At this time, the Gymnastic Center is not providing trial classes. No refunds or credits for classes.

Inclement Weather Program Make-Ups

Please check the following locations for changes to our facility and program schedules. Check the Red banner at the top of every page on our website. If there is no red banner, there are no changes. Check the Family Y Social Media Facebook and Instagram. Check the outgoing voice message at the Westport Y 203-226-8981.

Currently, the Gymnastic Center is not able to offer make ups for classes that are cancelled due to inclement weather because of limited space availability. No refunds or credits for weather cancellations. If you have questions, please call the Family YMCA Gymnastic Center at 203-226-8981 ext. 130.
