GROUP FITNESS

CARDIO, STRENGTH & ENERGY

Primarily held in Studio A/B, these high energy classes provide a motivating atmosphere for getting the very best from yourself.  All of our group fitness instructors are certified, and will be able to push you toward your goals by building cardiac endurance, strength, and stamina.  These classes include Group Power, Boot Camp, Body Shock, TRX, Step, Core and much more! SPIRIT, MIND & BODY

Studio C is a dedicated center for spirit, mind & body classes.  Our experienced, professional instructors will provide caring instruction that will motivate you to keep coming back while improving your overall quality of life by enhancing your balance, posture and focus. LIGHT & LOW SERIES

Our Light & low Series is a selection of group fitness classes that provide lower impact routines and instruction that still effectively direct participants towards meeting their health goals.  These classes are modified to all modalities: yoga, pilates, cycling and interval training. The are perfect for beginners, seniors and people coming back to group fitness after some time away. INDOOR CYCLING

The Family YMCA boasts a dedicated indoor cycling room with 23 state of the art KEISER M3i bikes.  These bikes are fully adjustable to suit all members’ needs. Our trained staff will deliver the high energy, fun experience that will help keep you on the bike!
