HEALTHY LIVING INITIATIVES
We understand that not all fitness goals are made equally, and that there are many in search of targeted training and programming to meet their specific needs. To that end, the Westport Weston Family YMCA offers the following programs to meet the needs of our diverse communities.
NEW ZONE STUDIO
Our new 1,600 sq. ft. Functional Fitness studio has ample room and exclusive, specialized equipment to improve your overall fitness in a comfortable, confidence-inspiring group setting that includes plenty of individual attention from a certified personal trainer.
Nutritional Counseling is now available – in-person or virtually!
If you are looking for guidance on implementing healthier eating habits, working with our Registered Dietician Nutritionist (RDN) or Nutrition Coach may be just what you need to reach your health and wellness goals. RDN’s are educated to provide personalized nutrition plans that support your goals to manage conditions like weight, diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
Judy Samuels, Precision Nutrition Certified Coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, will give you science based Nutritional Coaching and tips to help you make positive lifestyle changes. She believes Personal Training can be enhanced with better nutritional choices. It’s about balance, consistency, and what your goals are! Judy will teach you not just about weight loss, but how to include, and feel better about, eating the food and beverages you love.
Sweat and smile! Exercise and eat right to feel your best!
