WWFY PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM

Welcome to the Westport Weston Family YMCA Personal Training Program!  We believe that fitness should be encouraged in a supportive environment.  Each of our motivated Personal Trainers strives daily to make each session impactful with their clients.

Our unwavering determination to help you achieve your fitness goals and welcome the opportunity to provide you with a positive experience.

The Westport Weston Family YMCA Personal Training Program is here for support, to help motivate, and to achieve!

NOW AVAILABLE: VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING

Virtual Personal Training is the opportunity to work with a Certified YMCA Personal Trainer while physical and social distancing orders are in place. You’ll receive expert guidance through coaching and instruction as your Virtual Personal Trainer works with you live to build your own customized exercise routine while you are at home.

In order to participate in Virtual Personal Training, you need to be an active facility member. Your membership dues during closure will count as a donation to Westport Weston Family YMCA. You will also need to purchase a Personal Training package. Please read the waiver before engaging in any Personal Training Sessions.
