Karate Pre-K

YMCA Martial Arts combines elements of a multiple of disciplines in its curriculum and emphasizes both philosophy and education. Preschoolers train in the basic fundamentals of martial arts while practicing self-discipline, focus, balance and strength.

Karate provides the tools that children need to strengthen their mind, body and spirit. Children will learn the fundamentals of karate while building confidence, practicing self-discipline, and learning the Y core values of responsibility, respect, honesty, and caring. Lead by Coach Joseph.
