LEADERS IN TRAINING (LIT) CAMP

MON – FRI | 8:30AM – 3:00PM

Leaders in Training (LIT) is a unique program for teens entering grades 9 & 10 to develop leadership skills, learn how to work with children of all ages, and have fun at the same time. LITs work as a team, receive weekly leadership lectures, complete skills training and performance evaluations, and learn counselor best practices. Post lunch, LIT’s use the skills they have observed in morning activities to help lead games and other camp events for younger campers. Additionally, LITs gain the skills to become future camp and community leaders.
