Stand proud of your accomplishments on Friday, February 18, in a global celebration of IRONMAN’S 44th birthday. Wear your favorite IRONMAN or IRONMAN 70.3 swag or post about your most epic IRONMAN moment with the hashtag #IRONMANDAY
The Weston Westport Family YMCA TriClub will be celebrating in style and has extended an invitation to the community. Drop in and enjoy an early morning 44-minute indoor bike ride and a 44-minute run or just come by for a beverage provided by Athletic Brewing during a celebratory social.
Friday, February 18
Schedule
5:45am: 44 minute indoor ride
6:45am: 44 minute indoor run and form analysis
8:00am: Post workout social and celebration! Enjoy a small presentation on the YMCA TriClub as well as the IRONMAN branded races in the Northeast.
