WHAT IS SPRINT 8?
Sprint 8 is a 20-minute high-intensity interval cardio program available on Matrix treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent and upright bikes. The Sprint 8 program guides you through a 20-minute 8-interval workout, consisting of a 3-minute warm-up, followed by 30-second sprints and 90-second active recovery periods. As you near the 20-minute mark, you’ll finish with a 2.5-minute cool down.
You can also customize the challenge to your ability and training level—from beginner to elite and beyond! Choose from five progressively challenging workouts within each level, starting from the easiest and advancing to the most intense. Experience a wealth of benefits including increased production of natural HGH (human growth hormone), reduced body fat, enhanced muscle growth, elevated energy levels, improved heart health, and a boosted metabolism. As you conquer each level’s workouts, challenge yourself further by moving up to a new program or a higher level for continued progress and results! HOW TO GET STARTED
The Sprint 8 program is available on our Matrix treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals. Once you’ve logged into the machine (or as a guest), you’ll see the “Sprint 8” button on the bottom of the screen. Tap it, and then press the green arrow button to continue, select your fitness level and get started. TRACK YOUR RESULTS WITH MATRIX WORKOUT HISTORY
Track the progress of your fitness journey with Matrix workout history. This innovative tool allows you to manage your account seamlessly and capture valuable data directly from Matrix fitness equipment, empowering you to achieve your fitness goals effectively. Your xID, a 10-14 digit identifier, simplifies access—we recommend using your phone number for ease of memory. Pair this with a personalized 4-digit passcode (like 1234) for secure access to a range of benefits. With xID, experience single sign-on convenience for entertainment apps, effortless Bluetooth device pairing, the ability to create custom workouts, and access to your cardio equipment workout history—all from any Matrix machine.
