This Fall, we’ve fine-tuned our class structure to better meet kids where they are, making it the perfect time to explore their potential and take the next leap. Whether it’s their first forward roll or their first round-off, the Y’s developmental, recreational, and competitive gymnastics programs are built to grow with your child.
From Waddlers & Toddlers (Kiddie Cats & Adventure Gym), through Preschool & Beginner levels (Cubs, Super Cats, Leopards, Bobcats), and right up to Advanced (Lions & Tigers), Skill Clinics, Team Prep & Competitive options, the Westport Weston Family YMCA offers gymnastics experiences for every age and ability. With caring coaches, a state-of-the-art facility, and a focus on confidence-building through action, our programs help kids stay active, develop skills, and have serious fun along the way.
RECREATIONAL
TODDLER ADVENTURE GYM
Come with your little one to enjoy open play Monday through Friday during the school year, no membership required! Adventure gym time allows youngsters and their caregivers the chance to crawl, roll, jump and explore in our 11,000 square foot gymnastics center. Parent or caregiver must attend and participate.

KIDDIE CATS (CRAWLERS)
Come join our pre-walkers class, designed for ages 4-15 months. This class encourages exploration, movement, and sensory discovery in our safe, fun, and stimulating gymnastics center. Through sensory play, music, and movement, your little one will build strength coordination, and confidence as they prepare for their next big milestone, walking!

SUPER CATS
This co-ed Ninja and Gymnastics program is the best of both worlds: a combination of Ninja Warrior activities with fundamental gymnastic exercises and obstacle training using the rope, cargo net, rings, trampoline, tumble track, speed bumps, slanted steps, etc. Add introduction to a variety of gymnastic apparatus, stretching and strength training, flips and tricks.
