During this 90-minute experience you will be guided into an awareness of your breath, body, and mind. We will reset intentions and relax deeply with yoga nidra, sound and gong meditations. You will leave feeling a deep sense of release, calmness, awareness, hope and clarity.
Greg Barringer has been exploring personal well-being, mindfulness and what makes us feel happy and fulfilled for over 30 years. He holds advanced certifications in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga and Meditations. His teaching brings together these practices in extraordinary ways to accelerate our awareness and release the blocks which keep us from being free. He is, as his spiritual mentor would say, “A Pilgrim on the Path of Love.”
Open to all levels. No yoga or meditation experience necessary. Mats/props are available.
