Lunch Break Boot Camp
Wednesdays, 12:00 PM – 12:45 PM | Studio A
Join Kate Scully for this 45-minute, boot camp-style class that will give you a full-body workout to power you through the rest of your day. With high-intensity exercises that focus on strength and endurance, this class is perfect for those looking to maximize their lunch break. Bring your water and be ready to work hard—your midday energy boost awaits!

Total Body Lite
Tuesdays, 11:45 AM – 12:35 PM | Studio B
Led by Donna Krausman, Total Body Lite is a low-impact, full-body conditioning class that guarantees to get your heart rate up. Using light hand weights, participants will build strength and stamina while performing exercises that are gentle on the joints. This class includes abdominal work and can be modified for those who prefer not to work on the floor, making it ideal for all fitness levels, including seniors and beyond.

Weights & Wheels
Thursdays, 12:45 PM – 1:45 PM | Studio B
Get ready for a power-packed workout with Joli D’Elia’s Weights & Wheels class. This unique workout combines 30 minutes of weight training followed by 30 minutes of high-energy cycling. The fusion of strength training and cardio provides a well-rounded fitness experience that will sculpt muscles and ignite your cardiovascular system.
