WWFY HOSTS MARCH MADNESS EVENT

The Westport Weston Family YMCA is thrilled to announce an exciting March Madness event, organized by our Junior Board Members! This one-night-only basketball celebration will take place on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM in the YMCA Gym.

Open to 6th and 7th Graders, this action-packed event will bring the energy of March Madness to life with basketball games, pizza, and a fun, social atmosphere. It’s a fantastic opportunity for teens to connect with friends, enjoy friendly competition, and experience the excitement of the season in a supportive and engaging environment.

We’re excited to have our Junior Board Members lead this event, providing a great way for teens to get involved, stay active, and build community through a shared love of basketball.

TEAM INFORMATION & PROCEEDS

  • Team size: 3 V 3 Teams. Participants can register with their own teams (limited to one travel player per team) or sign up individually to be placed on a team.
  • Entry fee: $30 for both YMCA members and non-members. Participants are encouraged to invite their friends.
  • Winning team: Will have the opportunity to choose a charity to receive a donation from proceeds.
