Have your child’s next birthday party at the Y! We have many fun party options to choose from for children 3+ years old. Parties are supervised and led by engaging YMCA staff and can be scheduled year-round indoors at the Bedford Family Center, as well as seasonally outdoors at the Mahackeno Outdoor Center.

INDOOR PARTIES: 1 HOUR OF ACTIVITY & 1 HOUR IN PARTY ROOM
BOUNCE HOUSE PARTY:
Let’s Jump around, and bounce in your child’s birthday! Spend an hour playing in our 2 bounce houses set up in our Basketball Gymnasium.

DANCE PARTY:
Dance, twirl and celebrate your child’s birthday with a dance party. Princess Dance, Ballet, Hip Hop, have an hour in our dance center with a theme of your choice.

GYMNASTICS PARTY- AVAILABLE SUNDAYS AT 4:30PM ONLY
Enjoy your birthday in our state-of-the-art Gymnastics Center! Choose from Adventure Gym open play, Ninjastics, or Gymnastics instruction. Max 25 participants.

OUTDOOR PARTIES: 1 HOUR OF ACTIVITY & 1 HOUR AT PAVILION OR BECK LODGE PARTY ROOM

OUTDOOR SPLASH PAD PARTY – Offered Memorial Day Weekend-Labor Day Weekend

Splish & Splash your birthday away at our outdoor splash pad! Times Available for Outdoor Splash Pad parties on Saturdays and Sundays as follows:
1:30-3:30 PM
4:30-6:30 PM

PARTY PLANNING
DAY OF YOUR PARTY:

  • You can begin setting up 30 minutes before your party begins.
  • Party staff are here to make sure your party goes well.
  • Parties are welcome to bring balloons and decorations. Families are responsible for any damage done to the YMCA facility.

PLANNING TIPS:
Here are some things to think about when planning your party:

  • Decorations
  • Having pizza delivered
  • Plates & Napkins
  • Lighter for Birthday Cake Candles
  • Beverages (No alcohol permitted)
  • Parents are responsible for any damage to the YMCA property or facility
  • YMCA is not responsible for any lost or stolen items
  • No outside vendors or equipment is permitted

PARTICIPANT WAIVER REQUIRED:
In an effort to keep our members, guests and facilities safe, and in order to use the facilities, a parent/guardian for minor participants under the age of 18 are required to agree and sign our Waiver and Release of Liability.
