Group Fitness Classes RSVP
We will be instituting Group Fitness RSVP’s beginning on Monday, December 12 for classes that tend to exceed Studio maximums, so that we can continue to offer high quality, well equipped, and safe group wellness experiences!
The following classes will require registration effective Monday, December 12th

Or, Member Engagement staff can sign you up; you can do so in person, or call the YMCA at 203-226-8981. They can also check your waitlist status for classes in advance.
Next week’s RSVP registration is open the day of the current class, and closes 30 minutes prior to the start of next week’s class.
Those on the RSVP list (not waitlist) are guaranteed a spot in class if they arrive prior to class start.
If a registered participant is absent at the start of class, those on the waitlist will be admitted in order of waitlist signup. Once the class is full, those on RSVP who arrive late cannot be admitted.
If you have not RSVP’d or been waitlisted and studio maximum has not been met, you may still be admitted after waitlist persons have been admitted (if studio maximums have not been met).
Additional classes will be added as necessary; Advanced notice will be given before changes take effect.
