SENIOR STRONG
MOVE-STRENGTHEN-BALANCE-ENGAGE-REPEAT!
Senior Strong is a 45-minute group fitness class for older adults looking to get more active, increase strength and decrease arthritic pain. Class incorporates Low impact aerobics, resistance training plus balance and mobility exercises. New attendees are encouraged to do a brief assessment (optional) to establish a benchmark. After 12 weeks, the assessment can be repeated to show how far you’ve come.
Senior Strong is offered several times during the week-check the group exercise schedule for the most up to date days and times.
All classes are held in Studio B
