MOVE-STRENGTHEN-BALANCE-ENGAGE-REPEAT!
Senior Strong is a new, 12-week evidence-based group exercise program designed for older adults looking to get more active, increase strength and decrease arthritic pain. The program starts with a brief fitness assessment to establish a benchmark. After the 12 weeks, the assessment will be repeated to show how far you’ve come.
Senior Strong is offered two times per week and we encourage you to attend both days to get the maximum benefit. This 12-week session is limited to 20 adults and is FREE for everyone, Y members and community members.
Community members please note-you can only participate in the program one time.
