YOUTH AND TEEN TRAINING & FITNESS
Health and fitness are important at any age. Our Youth Training and Fitness programs are designed to encourage kids to create healthy habits and to develop and reach their fitness goals. Whether it’s a young athlete looking for off-season conditioning, a pre-teen or teen interested in understanding how to effectively exercise and safely use gym equipment or a child just looking for a fun active class, we are always looking to offer and develop programs for everyone.
FOUNDATIONS OF STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
AGES: 10-14
This small group training program is designed to teach 10-14 year-olds how to workout safely and effectively while engaging in a variety of cardio, strength and flexibility exercises. Sessions are led by Certified Personal Trainers.
Multiple sessions are available each week. Register for a day that works for you or contact Brittany Franko for multiple day rates.
TEEN CYCLE & CORE
AGES: 10-17
This teen cycle workout is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and core strength in a fun way. Youth must be proximately 4’10” to register for this class.
