STATS: Scholarship for Total Access To Sports

The most important thing about life is to be generous and grateful for what we have. It is okay to have material things as long as we give back to people that are not as fortunate as we are. It’s not only important to talk about being generous, but also to do something that shows that we are generous toward those who don’t have enough.

My Mitzvah Project is about sports. Something that I am fortunate enough to do is play sports and learn how to play games. I get coached, I have the equipment, and I socialize with friends and make new friends. There are kids who do not have that privilege and I think that is sad. I am raising money so kids can sign up for a YMCA sports camp that takes place in Westport. I hope that I will raise enough money so a lot of kids can have the experience I have been fortunate to have
