HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU MEET WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER?
The number of sessions needed with a personal trainer depends on your goals, degree of fitness, availability, and financial situation. For the best results, it is generally advised to meet a personal trainer at least once or twice every week. With frequent check-ins, a personal trainer can better monitor your progress, alter exercises, and establish new objectives — increasing the likely hood of achieving your health and fitness goals.

GOING BEYOND THE SCALE WITH INBODY
A common misconception among those seeking to become healthier is that weight loss is the key. However, just because you’re not shedding serious pounds, does not mean improvements aren’t occurring elsewhere. The InBody machine measures fat, muscle, water and weight, providing a complete body composition analysis in less than 1-minute! With an easy way to keep track of your progress, knowledge is power and our Wellness Staff is trained to assist you with interpreting your results so you can focus more on what counts.
The InBody is located in our Wellness Center and available to WWFY members, all in the name of reaching a healthier you – from the inside out!
MEASURING IMPACT WITH THE TRAINERIZE APP
With the Trainerize App, our coaches empower you to build your own vision of fitness and bring it to life, every day. For personal training clients, the Trainerize App provides a personalized fitness journey to assist in achieving your fitness goals with customized workout routines that include instructional guides, nutrition plans and progress tracking in all aspects (workouts, meals, sleep, mindfulness and more). Plus, the convenience of accountability and access to your trainer at your fingertips, when you’re not in session.
