KEEP YOUNG ATHLETES ACTIVE AT HOME
As the parent of a young athlete, it can be a struggle to find performance-based workouts for teenagers if their season has been postponed and they’re confined at home. However, now more than ever, they need a structured outlet for their energy to maintain their current level of fitness for when it’s time to get back in the game. Circuit training has everything young athletes need to keep them fit and active. Matrix, in collaboration with Master Trainer Kris Walter, has created the Youth Super Circuit Program specifically for young athletes from the ages of 13 to 17, and it’s totally free to you.
In addition to maintaining their current fitness level, fighting off boredom and expending energy, certain benefits of our Super Circuit are especially relevant to today’s teens:
• Decreases the chance of becoming overweight
• Increases bone density
• Increases heart health
• Improves self-perception and self-esteem
• Improves athletic performance
try these workouts at home:
Super Circuit Program Includes:
- One Month of Workouts
- Three workouts per week with progression
- Poker Finish-teen randomly selects cards from an ordinary deck to determine their final exercises
“This pushes them to focus and perform when they are tired,” says Kris Walter, “a crucial part of taking their skills to the next level.”
