WWFY CELEBRATES SUCCESSFUL 10th ANNUAL GOLF FOR GOOD TOURNAMENT

WESTPORT, CT — The WWFY proudly celebrated the success of its 10th Annual Golf for Good Charity Golf Tournament on Monday, May 18, 2026, at Aspetuck Valley Country Club, bringing together community leaders, local businesses, volunteers, and supporters for a day of golf, generosity, and impact.

Marking a decade of Golf for Good, the tournament raised more than $70,000 to support the YMCA’s mission and expand access to programs and services that strengthen the community. The event welcomed 84 golfers, along with sponsors, volunteers, and community supporters who helped make the milestone celebration a tremendous success.

Over the past ten years, Golf for Good has become one of the YMCA’s signature fundraising events, helping ensure that cost is never a barrier to participation. Proceeds from the tournament directly support the YMCA’s Financial Assistance Program and critical community initiatives including youth sports and camp, Parkinson’s wellness and independence programs, cancer survivorship support, and access and inclusion programs for veterans, families, and individuals of all abilities.
