EMPOWERING WOMEN THROUGH MENOPAUSE & PERI-MENOPAUSE
A fitness class designed specifically for women ages 40-55 navigating menopause and peri-menopause. This 10-week program focuses on increasing skeletal muscle mass, improving strength, sleep, and mood, all while helping you set realistic goals and achieve real results. You’ll learn how to lift confidently, master new exercises, and develop healthy habits for long-term well-being.
In addition to personalized exercise routines, MenoStrong integrates food journaling and teaches the importance of hydration, protein, and fueling your body for optimal performance. This class provides a supportive environment to help you track progress and feel empowered as you work toward your fitness goals.
All classes are held in The Zone.

To get the best results, we encourage you to attend at least one session each week, preferably at the same timeslot. Crossovers (attending both sessions) are welcomed but not required.
