MENOSTRONG
EMPOWERING WOMEN THROUGH MENOPAUSE & PERI-MENOPAUSE
MenoStrong is a fitness class designed specifically for women ages 40–55 navigating peri-menopause and menopause. This ongoing weekly class focuses on building and maintaining strength, supporting muscle mass, and improving overall well-being through safe, effective movement.

Participants will learn proper lifting techniques, explore a variety of strength-based exercises, and develop sustainable fitness habits that support energy, mood, and long-term health. Whether you are continuing from a previous MenoStrong experience or joining for the first time, this class offers a supportive and empowering environment for women at every stage of their fitness journey.

MenoStrong is offered as a weekly maintenance class and is available for registration through the Family Works App, similar to other group fitness classes.
