YOUTH FITNESS
FOUNDATIONS OF STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This small group training program is designed to teach 10 to 14 year-olds how to exercise safely and effectively while engaging in a variety of cardio, strength and flexibility exercises. Sessions will be led by Nosh Lobb, Certified Personal Trainer and Movement Specialist.

Improve your strength, power, endurance, and agility with Nosh Lobb, Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Nosh will push you to reach new fitness goals through a progressive and unique training approach.

YOUTH YOGA
Yoga is an excellent way to bring calm and balance into our minds and bodies. Ages 7+. No experience needed. Please bring your own mat. Participants in our After School Program will be brought to the studio for class and returned to the program.
