GROUP FITNESS

Group fitness classes are a valuable part of your membership at the Family YMCA. We offer guidance from certified instructors in a variety of physical modalities. At the Family Y you can participate in classes that improve your endurance, classes that can help you stretch deeper and align your body properly, as well as classes that are fun and fit a variety of ability levels.

HEALTHY LIFESTYLES INITIATIVES

A key component of our mission at the Family YMCA is to promote healthy lifestyles for everyone.  We are dedicated to offering programs and services to communities that may have difficulty finding similar services elsewhere. Cancer survivors, pre/post-natal women, cardiac disease patients are among the groups we strive to serve.
