Group Fitness classes are a valuable part of your membership at the Westport Weston Family YMCA. We offer guidance from certified instructors in a variety of physical modalities. Whether you are with us in-person at the Y or want to participate virtually, we’ve got something for you! At the Westport Weston Family YMCA you can participate in classes that improve your endurance, classes that can help you stretch deeper and align your body properly, as well as classes that are fun and fit a variety of ability levels, or enjoy a variety of classes via our virtual platform, Y Wellness 24/7!

A key component of our mission at the Westport Weston Family YMCA is to promote healthy lifestyles for everyone. We are dedicated to offering programs and services to communities that may have difficulty finding similar services elsewhere. Cancer survivors, pre/post-natal women, cardiac disease patients are among the groups we strive to serve.
MX4 SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Discover MX4 Small Group Training for a fresh, motivating experience that delivers results you can see. MX4 combines awesome training with exciting 45-minute workouts to help you increase power, strength and endurance while burning fat and improving cardiovascular fitness.
Personal Training is individualized focus through workouts and strategies that are designed to help you meet your specific goal or goals. Personal Training helps you stay active and accountable. Working with a trainer will challenge and empower you using proper technique to get maximum results for your time.
KETTLEBELLS & ROPES
This eight-week specialty class, taught by Human Movement Specialist, Nosh Lobb, will start with fundamental kettlebell and rope exercises and progress to more complex moves each week. Build a solid core while improving total body muscle endurance, power, and cardiovascular fitness.

For ages 14+, each session is designed to provide you with a deep and extensive full body stretch that focuses on all major muscle groups. Improve your range of motion and flexibility while loosening tight muscles and decreasing joint stiffness. Stretch sessions help prevent injury, improve your ability to do everyday activities, and can optimize your sports performance.
Join the YMCA Triathlon Club to keep you motivated, accountable, and to learn the latest and greatest training tips and techniques from our expert coaches. Train with other new to experienced triathletes year-round. Compete as a team and develop new friendships while having fun!
The Robin Tauck Wellness Center is a state-of-the-art wellness center with a stunning view of the scenic Poplar Plains Brook and Camp Mahackeno. With dedicated space for stretching, cardio, strength and functional exercise, the Robin Tauck Wellness Center has something to help everyone reach their personal wellness goals.
