Our premier competitive gymnastics team at the Westport Weston Family YMCA trains gymnasts from Levels 2-9 to compete in regional and national YMCA and USAG meets. With a season running from September through June and meets from January onward, we foster a year-round commitment to skill development, strength, and team spirit. Our dedicated coaching team supports each athlete’s growth and competitive journey, helping them achieve their best in a positive, motivating environment.

The Westport Weston Family YMCA Gymnastics Center was proud to host the YMCA Connecticut State Gymnastics Championships on Saturday, March 22 and Sunday, March 23, 2025 welcoming more than 400 gymnasts from seven YMCA teams across the state.
The weekend was filled with outstanding performances, impressive sportsmanship, and a strong showing by the Westport Weston Family YMCA team, who achieved top-three team placements in every level, including first-place team awards at Levels 6 and 7.
