Beth Dalen

BACKGROUND
A longtime resident of Westport and Westport/Weston YMCA member, Beth seeks to bring fitness into the lives of those around her. Motivated by the desire to improve the quality life and longevity of those around her, Beth works tirelessly to shape healthy, manageable lifestyles centered around exercise and healthy eating.

PHILOSOPHY
A innately compassionate person, Beth helps clients start (or continue) their fitness journey through setting manageable goals. Beth works to help clients conquer intimidation and fear — and transform fitness into a fun aspect of daily life.

Max Jean-Guillaume

BACKGROUND
Max has over 13 years experience in the fitness industry. As a strength and conditioning coach with a functional training background, he helps people train their bodies for the activities performed in daily life. Another longtime passion for Max, is Movement Education for Kids which he feels is vital in children’s development.

PHILOSOPHY
Max’s motto is to train for your goals. Whether you have a desire to be a better athlete, prefer to lose weight to look better, need to rehab after an injury or want to body build, Max will help you reach YOUR specific goals.

Susan Jones

BACKGROUND
Following a career in Fashion, Susan has relished advancing through the Fitness world.  She first became a yoga instructor, then added certifications in Pilates and Barre, and then became a Personal Trainer.  Each of Susan’s disciplines informs and supports the others, allowing her to approach each class and client with a unique perspective.

PHILOSOPHY
Susan believes that enhanced fitness improves everyone’s life.  It’s just a matter of setting a goal, showing up, and soon fitness becomes the best habit you’ve ever had. With a firm belief in progressing classes and clients, Susan focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and stretching. Susan is available for Personal Training and One-on- One Yoga and Pilates.

Janos “Nosh” Lobb

BACKGROUND
Nosh has been bringing effective fitness programming to just about everyone. He does sport specific training, functional training, weight-loss, corrective exercise/ injury rehabilitation, group fitness, and stretching to help clients of all facets of life achieve success in the gym. 

PHILOSOPHY
As a former athlete, Nosh knows that your biggest competition in life is yourself. Using his knowledge and expertise, he guides his clients around any obstacles that prevent them from improving themselves day in and day out, both in the gym and out.

Sarah Morsanutto

BACKGROUND

Sarah has been training for 12 years primarily in a hospital-based outpatient setting and senior center focusing on special populations. She has extensive experience in personal training as well as small group training for all age groups, with primary focus on older, sedentary individuals looking for improvements in strength, balance and overall fitness.

PHILOSOPHY
Sarah enjoys working with her clients’ unique challenges and helping them reach their goals. She feels very gratified when they improve their health.

Jerry Pasquale

BACKGROUND
Jerry brings years of experience in the fitness and health field and has worked in the Westport, Weston, and Wilton area for over 15 years. With his background in Massage Therapy and Therapeutic Exercises, coupled with his time working in a Physical Therapy Clinic, Jerry has a unique and specialized approach to Fitness Programming.

PHILOSOPHY
Jerry believes in meeting clients where they are in their health & fitness journey and being empathic in the process.  Jerry will guide you as you work together to reach your health and wellness goals.

Susan Pomerance

BACKGROUND
Susan works with clients individually to create a bespoke workout utilizing a combination of pilates, ballet, yoga and strength training. Proven to produce incredible results for any age or ability, Susan applies resistance, body position and repetition to provide each client with a routine that will sculpt, mobilize and strengthen the entire body. Besides Westport, Susan has taught in Miami, London and Manhattan, including corporate and hotel venues.

PHILOSOPHY
Susan believes that movement is a powerful stimulus for the mind and for good mental health. Susan takes the time to explain the benefits of exercise in order to educate clients the importance of posture, strength and flexibility for all aspects of life.

Susan is a volunteer advocate at the Rowan Center (A Sexual Assault Resource Center) in Stamford. Her interests also include exercise, stretching, going to the beach, traveling, and spending time with family and friends

 

 

Judy Samuels

BACKGROUND
Judy brings an experienced perspective to every client she trains. She utilizes a variety of methods through her expertise in Pilates and Barre, Strength and Interval Training, Cardiovascular Workouts, TRX and Corrective Exercise Techniques. Judy always brings an optimistic “you can do it” approach to her clients.

PHILOSOPHY
Judy believes it is never too late to start an exercise habit as it truly improves all aspects of daily life. She helps her clients reach their maximum potential by understanding their individual “why” and what each client wants to achieve.

Brenda Waldron

BACKGROUND
Brenda began her career in the fitness industry by drawing on her lifetime of experience in human movement science through dance, dance education & performance. Now with over 15 years of experience as a personal & group fitness trainer, combined with her time working in a physical therapy setting, Brenda continues to inspire clients to keep moving.

Brenda considers working with clients as they pursue their health & wellness goals an honor. She helps them develop a personalized fitness regime in which they can feel comfortable, enjoy, maintain, & can see results.
