Are you looking to stay fit, take off weight, or get fit this summer?  Our Lose-2-Win Summer-Six program can help you meet your goals.  We will offer six weeks of weekly challenges in:  Strength, Cardio, Nutrition, and Stress Reduction.  One of our Certified Personal Trainers will lead a class to help you meet your 1st week’s exercise goals.  (modifications will be available).   Oak + Almond Restaurant will be offering participants a cooking class to give you tips for preparing healthy dishes.  Weekly weigh-in sessions are provided to keep you on track.  Challenges can be completed at the YMCA or outdoors.  For more information, please click here: Summer Six 2018
