WESTPORT WESTON FAMILY YMCA RAISES $5,765 FOR BREAST CANCER AWARENESS AT PINK PLUNGE EVENT
The Westport Weston Family YMCA proudly announces that its Water Rats Swim Team and Water Rat Masters Swim Team raised an impressive total of $5,765 during the recent Pink Plunge event, held in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The funds will be donated to the Norma Pfriem Breast Care Center, supporting their vital mission in providing comprehensive breast care services and education.
The event saw participation from 153 enthusiastic Water Rats and 8 dedicated Water Rat Masters, who made a splash for an important cause. We are incredibly grateful to our swimmers, their families, and everyone who contributed to this event, their commitment to raising awareness and funds for breast cancer care is truly inspiring.
