WHEN DO I REGISTER FOR SUMMER CAMP?

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTERING USING CAMPBRAIN
To register your child(ren) for camp you will need the following information:
- First and last name and birthdate of child(ren) you will be registering.
- Grade level your child(ren) will be entering in FALL OF 2025.
- Preferred session dates for each child.
- NEW FOR PRIORITY FAMILY REGISTRATION! You will be required to enter your WWFY membership barcode number (see below how to find your membership number below). Failure to do so or use of a number not on your family’s account will result in cancellation of your camp reservation.
- You cannot register campers who do not reside in your home or of whom you are not a parent or guardian. You may not use priority registration to register campers who are not immediate family members, such as nieces, nephews, family friends or similar. Any violations of this rule will be cancelled.
- Credit card or payment information.
HOW TO FIND YOUR WWFY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER
You can locate your membership barcode number in the following ways:
1. The back of your WWFY Membership Scan Card
2. Your scan card located on your phone’s Y app
3. By logging into your YMCA MEMBERSHIP account online HERE and clicking on Mobile Scan Card.
1. SIGNING INTO CAMPBRAIN
New users can create an account before registration begins!
Returning users can use their login information from last summer.
2. BEGIN CAMP REGISTRATION
Once you are logged into your account you can begin to register you child(ren) for summer camp.
Enter the requested information for children enrolling in camp. PLEASE NOTE: Select the grade level your child will be entering in the Fall of 2025. Adjustments to this date can not be made after registration is complete.
3. SELECT YOUR SESSIONS
You must select the preferred sessions AND membership level for each child and add to your cart.
4. CAMPER REGISTRATION & HOUSEHOLD FORMS
Fill out all the required information on the camper registration and household forms, including your WWFY Member Barcode number.
5. PAYMENT
Once you have completed both Camper Registration Form and Household Form you will be asked to provide your payment information.
Registration can only be completed by paying with a credit or debit card. A $50 non-refundable deposit per week, per child, and a ONE TIME $60 non-refundable registration fee (includes one camp t-shirt per summer and daily afternoon snack) are due at the time of registration. Families have the option to pay in full upon registration or pay the deposit and set up the available payment plan with three installment dates due March, April and May 1.
6. CONFIRMATION
Once you have successfully completed registration and paid, your screen will read:
Thank you for submitting your summer camp registration! We cannot wait to see you and your camper(s) this summer.

REGISTRATION RULES, TIPS & TRICKS FOR CAMP MAHACKENO, HAFADAY AND MINI CAMP:
- Have your WWFY Membership barcode number ready as it is required to register. Instructions to find your Membership ID can be found here.
- Registrations completed on dates outside of their permitted membership type will be cancelled.
- Login now to confirm your password, payment and family details are up to date and ensure your access to camp registration once it opens.
- New families can create an account in advance, add family and payment details to ensure your account is ready for registration once it opens.
- Camp registration works best on a computer or tablet. Avoid registering on a smart phone if possible.
- Only one parent can register at a time! If a second person attempts to log in to the same account, the first person will be logged out and lose their place in line.
- Do not open multiple browsers or multiple tabs or this will cause the first access point opened to close and you will lose your place in line!
- At 8:00 AM on registration day you may need to “refresh” your screen to access the 2025 camp season offerings. Only refresh when the screen message instructs you to!
- After you register, your camper’s weeks will be listed as “Processing”. This indicates that the weeks you have registered for are 100% reserved for your camper and it will change to “Registered” shortly.
- We encourage families to put their campers on the waitlist for any weeks that they are unable to register for. While we can never guarantee that a spot will open, your best bet is to get on the waitlist as soon as possible. When spots do become available, we move campers from the waitlist in order of the date and time of registration.
