This Fall, we will launch our first-ever Outdoor Kettlebell SGT! A group of 4-6 members will receive specialized kettlebell training from specially-trained Certified Personal Trainers, periodized to provide increased strength, muscle mass, and fat loss over an 8-week period.
Kettlebell training is often done incorrectly, and when done this way can lead to injuries and frustration instead of lasting health benefits. This program will teach the safest, most effective methods to get the most out of your training, in just 45 minutes per session.
Session begins Wednesday, September 6 and runs each Monday and Wednesday until October 25. Sessions are from 6:15-7:00 PM and costs $225 per person for the 8-week session. This is the lowest price offered within our Personal Training program all year long, so don’t miss this opportunity!
